For this, you will need:
A registered MyRelayHQ account.
Access to the email address associated with your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the MyRelayHQ login page.
Click the "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password" link located below the login fields.
Enter the Email Address you use for your account.
Click the Send Reset Link (or Submit) button.
Check your email inbox for a message from MyRelayHQ with the subject line "Password Reset Request."
Note: If you do not see the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folders.
Click the Reset Password button or unique URL contained within that email.
Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it a second time.
Click Update Password.
What to expect: Once the password is reset, you will be redirected back to the login page where you can sign in with your new credentials. Any existing active sessions on other devices may be automatically logged out for security purposes. This is expected behavior for password security protocols, not a guarantee of session termination across all browser types.
