For this to apply:
You must be logged into your MyRelayHQ account.
Your account must be associated with two or more active entities or company profiles.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the Dashboard or any main landing page after logging in.
Locate the Company List in the menu.
Browse the list of entities associated with your account. You may use the search bar within the dropdown if you manage a high volume of companies.
Click on the Company Name you wish to access.
The dashboard will refresh to display the specific mail, documents, and compliance status for the selected entity.
What to expect: The platform will update all visible data—including the Mail to reflect only the records for the newly selected company. This change is instantaneous, but you should verify the company name in the header before performing any actions like requesting a mail forward or adding a service.
