How to edit, update, or change company details

For this to apply:

  • You must have Admin or Owner permissions for the company profile you wish to edit.




Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your MyRelayHQ dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Company tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Update the necessary fields, such as:

    • Company Name (Note: Changing this in the portal will not change it with the State).

    • Office Address

  5. Click Save




What to expect: The portal will update immediately to reflect the new information for internal record-keeping and mail routing. However, updating information in the portal does not automatically update the records held by the Secretary of State. You may need to initiate a separate "Amendment Filing" service to make these changes legally binding. This is expected behavior for Registered Agent management systems, not a guarantee of legal compliance with state registries.
